At Roo Jewelry, every piece is made with care, intention, and attention to detail. Because our jewelry is handcrafted and made to order, we want you to love your purchase. Please review our policy below before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

  • Custom items are final sale and not eligible for return, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at hello@roosilver.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • Once your return is approved, you will receive a return shipping address and instructions.

Refunds

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email notification.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your jewelry arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please email hello@roosilver.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We’ll repair, replace, or issue a refund for your order as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
